Market to Open In May

Good Evening All,

Market is OPEN !

Just a bit of news. The physical market will open on May 2nd, with a mothers day celebration on May 9th. Hours are 8 am to 1 pm.

This year we will also have a Wednesday Market, from 3 to 6 pm.

Please follow our website and Facebook page for updated news.

If you or anyone you know would like to sell at the market, please tell them to go to the website and fill out the online application. Cost this year for a spot at the market is $3.00. Join us.

If you or anyone you know would like to volunteer with the market, we are looking for someone to write the newsletter, help out at the market and we would love to have your input into the market.

Whoops, the thought of snow scared me so bad, I forgot to open the market last night. Sorry about that.

We are now open for orders.

You still have until Thursday Evening, @ 3 pm to place your orders.

Beautiful !

What a Beautiful Day. In the middle of January !

Hope you are all taking advantage of the abundant sunshine, and enjoying working outdoors.

All our vendors are preparing for the season, deciding what crops to plant this year, and getting fields ready for that crop.

Are there any produce, that you haven’t found at the market that you would like to be able to purchase there? Let me know and I will forward your suggestions to our farmers, and maybe one of them will be able to add that to their crops for this year. If you have any suggestions for anything you would like to see at the market, please let us know.

In the meantime, take advantage of what they do have available, and shop away.

I hope you all had a Great Christmas, and a safe New Years Celebration.

I predict that this is going to be a great year for all of us. So settle back and enjoy the ride.

Our vendors are at your disposal 24 hours a day, 4 days a week for placing your orders through our online market.

The Board is busy planning great things for the market at the Fairgrounds. As soon as we get the opening date finalized I will post here on the Blog. Christmas is Coming !

Can you believe that Christmas is only days away ? Hope you all have gotten most if not all of your Christmas shopping done.

Most of us will be either having family and friends join us in our homes, or will be traveling elsewhere for the season.

What ever you do, be safe, have fun, don’t eat to much, and MERRY CHRISTMAS from all us here at the Market.

The market is open this week, but WILL WILL BE CLOSED TILL JAN 5TH.

Christmas is always beautiful in the Smokies and surrounding areas. Greeneville is no different. We have a beautiful town, with lots of great people. We also have a lot of farms, farmers and talented people living right here in Greeneville. Why not show your support for all these fine people by shopping local, right here, right now. Hot, Cold, Hot, Cold

Wow, what a roller coaster ride. The weather can’t seem to make up it’s mind.

I hope everyone was able to get out today and enjoy the beautiful weather, cause look out Wednesday….If the weather man is correct…cold moves in…again.

Well, at least you can get some fresh meat, a few Christmas gifts, and homemade bread just to mention a few, right here from the Greeneville Farmers Market.

Place Your orders early and we will see you on Saturday for pick up.
