Better than Black Friday!


The online market is now closed for the week. But we will re-open on Monday, Nov. 23 at 3pm, and close on Thursday, Nov. 26 (Thanksgiving).
If you are looking for a unique gift for someone special, be sure to check the online market. It’s a sure thing that your recipient will love it, and he or she won’t get two of whatever you choose!

Online Market will reopen


We will reopen the on line market for sales on the 9th of November. The market is now open!

I am still in the hospital so one of our vendors, has offered to run the market for awhile.

Please go through the list of items available, and Market will open Monday by 3 pm and will close on Thursday at 3 Pm. Orders will be picked up on Saturday Morning by 10 am. under the trees at the Fairgrounds.

Just Around the Corner !


Wow, Our Halloween Bash is just around the corner. Christmas is not far behind that.

Be sure and come out on the 17th, and support your locally talent, and farmers. There will be a lot to choose from. From Food to Gifts, and more. Spoil yourself, buy yourself something pretty or good to eat.

Some of the items that will be for sell are listed right here on the online market. Why not make sure you get the one you want by pre-ordering now and pick it up on Saturday the 17th.

Happy Halloween Bash


We are once again under the Livestock Pavilion of the Fairgrounds this Saturday, Oct. 10th. Keep reading for our special event returning this year.

8th Annual Halloween Bash to be held at Greeneville’s Oldest, Established Farmers Market, Greeneville Farmers Market, Inc. on Oct. 17th from 8 am to 1 pm.

• Kids: Bring a Painted Pumpkin and/or a Scarecrow to enter into contest for Prizes
• Kids: Best Costume Contest
• Adults: Wear your Best Costume for a Prize
• Judging is between 11 am and Noon, Prizes to be awarded at Noon.
• Kids: Please have your Pumpkins/Scarecrows entered no later than 10 am on Saturday.
BAKE SALE, Animal-Theme Jewelry, and Drawings for Prizes. Proceeds go toward sponsoring homeless pets and helping free them from Animal Control.

• Rural Resources will Be Selling Candy Apples as a Fundraiser for their Teen Programs
• There will be a RETURN challenge game of Corn Hole starting @ 10 am….Rural Resources Kids vs GFM Vendors" Donations accepted for Both Non-Profits. Come cheer on Both Teams.

Oct. 3rd Market Canceled


Greeneville Farmers Market is Canceled for Saturday Oct. 3rd.

Due to Cattle Sale being under the Livestock Pavilion & the AJ Pavilion already being rented out,and with 100% chance of rain on Saturday, we will not be able to have it outdoors.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Lots of Produce still


If you didn’t make it out to our 5th Annual Country Christmas Craft & Produce Fair, you sure missed a great day. We had 20 Vendors, Lots and Lots of produce, a fundraiser yard sale and great music.
We have a new produce vendor, who will be at the market again this Saturday.

Place your orders today from our online vendors for pickup on Saturday Morning at the market.

This Saturday at the market, (at the Greene County Fairgrounds)there will be a BAKE SALE, Animal-Theme Jewelry, and Drawings for Prizes. Proceeds go toward sponsoring homeless pets and helping free them from Animal Control.
Tickets for prize drawings will be given out to those who purchase jewelry, and drawings will be held every hour on the hour starting at 10 AM. Please plan to attend, and bring a neighbor. too.

It is also Yard Sale Saturday, so if you need to do a little house cleaning for the winter, bring it on up to the market and make some extra cash for the Christmas Season.

Put the 17th of October on your calendar. That will be our 8th Annual Halloween Bash. Lots of things going on that day. Prizes for costumes. Free Things for kids. Candy Apples being sold.

• Smokey the Bear will be here from 10 to Noon. Bring the Kids to meet him.
• There will be a Children’s FREE Craft Table. Kids can make a planter with seeds to take home and Grow.
• Acoustical Guitar Sounds of Russell O’Dell from 10 am to 11:30 am
