A Wonderful Weekend

It has been an absolutely beautiful weekend. I think I hear the grass starting to grow and turn green!

With warmer weather hitting us, it’s time to start thinking about some BBQ dinners!Here is a quick and easy Honey BBQ sauce for your cookouts.

Ingredients
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon molasses
1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1-1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper

In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Serve with chicken or pork. Yield: 1-1/3 cups.
